Note: Our initial consultations are provided free of charge. This refund policy applies to premium services and follow-up consultations.
1. Free Consultation Services
TropicChic offers complimentary initial consultations to help you understand our services. These free sessions include:
- Basic style assessment and recommendations
- Climate-appropriate clothing guidance
- General fashion advice for hot weather
- Service overview and premium options explanation
2. Premium Service Refunds
For our paid premium services, we offer the following refund policy:
- Full Refund: Available within 24 hours of service booking if no consultation has taken place
- Partial Refund: 50% refund available within 48 hours if you're unsatisfied with initial consultation
- No Refund: After completion of consultation and delivery of personalized recommendations
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our customer service team within the eligible timeframe
- Provide your consultation booking details and reason for refund
- Allow 5-7 business days for refund processing
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- If you miss your scheduled consultation without 24-hour notice
- After receiving and using personalized style recommendations
- For services completed more than 48 hours ago
- If you violate our terms of service
5. Service Modifications
Instead of a refund, we may offer:
- Rescheduling of consultation sessions
- Additional follow-up sessions to address concerns
- Modified recommendations based on feedback
- Credit toward future services
